Policies & Guest Information

Ticketing & Sales

  • Tickets may be purchased online, by phone, or through the box office.

  • All tickets must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We are unable to hold unpaid tickets.

  • A 9.75% sales tax will be added to all ticket purchases.

  • Tickets may be delivered by email or held at Will Call at no additional charge.

  • If a concert or event is postponed or rescheduled for any reason, existing tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

  • Refunds are only issued for cancelled shows.

  • Unused tickets may be returned at least 24 hours before the event as a tax-deductible donation to The Dixie.

Seating & Attendance

  • Seating is assigned at the time of ticket purchase.

  • Children ages 2 and older require a ticket for entry to all events.

  • Children under 2 may sit on a parent or guardian’s lap but must have a complimentary lap pass. To request a lap pass, please contact the box office at 731.986.2100, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, or email boxoffice@dixiepac.net.

  • While The Dixie PAC is a family-friendly venue, we recommend using discretion when bringing children under age 3 to most performances.

  • The Dixie PAC is not responsible for the views, statements, or content presented by performing artists. Each family should make the best decision for their minor children when choosing which events to attend.

Accessibility (ADA)

The Dixie offers accessible accommodations for guests, including:

  • Wheelchair and companion seating on the orchestra level

  • Accessible parking located in front of the venue

  • Elevator access

  • Accessible restrooms

  • Assisted listening devices available with a valid ID

  • Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted inside the venue.

Venue Rules & Patron Conduct

To help create a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please observe the following venue policies:

  • No outside food or drink

  • No cameras or recording devices

  • No smoking or vaping

  • Hats should be removed inside the theatre

  • Service animals only

  • Lost and found items are handled through the box office

  • The Dixie Carter PAC does not have a set dress code. Come as you are and wear what makes you comfortable.

Parking

  • Free parking is available on Court Square.

Event & Program Policies

  • Programs, artists, dates, and times are subject to change. When possible, The Dixie will notify ticket holders of any changes.

  • The Dixie PAC is not responsible for the content, views, or statements presented by performing artists or event participants.

Education Series Policies

  • Education Series reservations are fully non-refundable once invoiced.

  • If an Education Series performance must be postponed or rescheduled, every attempt will be made to offer an alternate date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

  • Education Series pricing and teacher complimentary ticket policies vary by performance and group size.

  • A reservation number is required for grant eligibility.
