[FREE CONCERT] "SYMPHONY ON THE MOVE" - JACKSON SYMPHONY

JOIN THE DIXIE FOR A FREE JACKSON SYMPHONY CONCERT ON TUES, JUNE 23 AT 6:30P at the CARROLL COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The community is invited to enjoy an unforgettable evening of live orchestral music as The Jackson Symphony presents “Symphony on the Move” on Tuesday, June 23 at 6:30 PM. This free, family-friendly outdoor concert is open to the public and designed to bring world-class symphonic music directly into the heart of the community.

Set in a relaxed, open-air setting, guests are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs and settle in for an evening of music under the summer sky. A selection of food trucks will be available on-site, offering convenient dining options throughout the performance.

The evening will feature a special performance by acclaimed vocalist Joshua Carswell, known for his dynamic stage presence, expressive tenor voice, and genre-defying original work. Carswell’s music blends emotional storytelling with cinematic pop arrangements, drawing from his newest album Innerspace, which showcases both vulnerability and soaring creative energy.

Carswell shares, “I want to give the audience an emotional catharsis. It’s the thing I love most about music: its ability to unlock the heart.”

With a decade of touring experience and multiple vocal honors, Carswell continues to be recognized for his ability to connect deeply with audiences through both power and intimacy.

“Symphony on the Move” is made possible through the generous support of Paula Atkins, along with community partners committed to expanding access to the arts.

This event is free and open to the public, offering a vibrant celebration of music, community, and summer evenings shared together.
