As we prepare to open our doors for your arrival, new guidelines have been put in place to continue to make each show be the best and safest it can be. We will be adhering to the following procedures & guidelines:

Ticket Purchases & Seating

For social-distanced shows, each ticket purchaser and their party will be seated at least 6 ft. apart from other parties. Seat locations are assigned by original ticket purchase tier, with the higher-priced ticket holders seated closest to the stage.

Pre-Show: 

1. If you or someone you have been in contact with has experienced COVID-19 related symptoms in the past 2 weeks, we request that you stay safely at home. Please contact our Box Office at 731.986.2100 before the show to discuss ticketing options.

2. The first 50 feet of the ticket line will be marked with social-distancing decals to help ensure you and your party safely stay 6 ft away from other parties.

3. We kindly request that you wear a mask upon arrival at The Dixie. Masks should be worn to cover both the mouth and nose at all times when not drinking or eating. Please wear them throughout the duration of your time at our venue.

4. As we closely monitor the rates of Covid-10, temperature checks might be taken at the door. This is on a show-by-show basis.

5. Sanitization stations will be set up around the building. Please utilize them whenever you touch an item, shake a hand, etc.

6. For any show that includes a Meet-and-Greet, prior to the show, The Dixie will be in contact with all ticket holders who purchased this option.

7. For a contact-free experience, program books will be offered virtually via QR code.

8. Ushers will be available to assist patrons as needed.

During Show:

1. Some shows will have no intermission so patrons can stay safely seated throughout the duration of the show (this is on a case-by-case basis).

2. Restrooms will have a limited capacity to adhere to social distance guidelines. Please continue to follow social distancing measures while waiting in a restroom line as well.

3. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, water fountains will be closed, and there will be no concessions offered.

Post-Show

1. Merchandise available for purchase will adhere to a social-distanced line. Please note some artists will only offer contactless payments (no checks or cash), so make sure to have a debit or credit card available.
